Unless there's a water damage inside a home, homeowners are often left to ask themselves "Is this a problem we HAVE to fix", or "Is it time to fix this"?   Good Neighbor will complete an inspection of your roofing and siding before we discuss a quote so we can help you answer this question before we get to quotes and invoices.  

INSPECTION REVIEW

Once the inspection report is completed, your assigned Project Manager will review the report with you and discuss the available options whether it is service, repair, or replacement.

CONSULTATION

Once we have reviewed your inspection report with you, we will be able to discuss options for replacement including reviewing materials, manufacturers, and possible design/aesthetic improvements.

FINANCING

Finding a good contractor can be difficult but paying for the work to be completed can sometimes be more difficult.  We have financing and insurance options to help our customers make their home improvement more accessible.

SITE MANAGEMENT

Doing the work of roofing or siding is part of the job, but maintaining a safe and clean worksite is crucial to delivering the highest possible level of customer service.

Before our crews or your project manager leave, a complete walk-through of the project will be completed to make sure the work exceeds your expectations.
